Overview

In a rundown movie theater in Worcester County , Massachusetts , three underpaid employees, Avery, Sam, and Rose, work as a cleanup and take care of one of the last 35 millimeter film projectors in the state. Their tiny battles and not so tiny affairs of the heart take place in the empty corridors and are more captivating than the lackluster old movies on screen. They cheat on ticket sales and make extra money doing it, but Avery, the new employee - the African American - is unhappy about breaking the law, knowing he will be the first suspect.
