action

Note: the plot follows the first part almost seamlessly ; Masaki searches for those responsible for the death of his friend Soma.

Yakuza Reijirō Masaki is after the killing of his arch-rival Hazama a tolerated executive member in the Hattori family, a criminal organization within the Todo clan. The loyal and charismatic leader strives to atone for the murder of his old companion and confidante and to track down the murderers as well as the people behind them. Masaki conducts his research into Soma's recent past. He quickly realizes that Soma must have fallen victim to a conspiracy as he was about to switch to a syndicate allied with the Todo clan in order to take up a leadership position that was already occupied.

At a different time, we learn that the previous deputy of the Bukyo Syndicate, Kokubu, fears for his position and the associated loss of power. Together with his subordinate Shimizu, the shady man assigns three subordinates to murder Soma. Then he tries to get rid of his henchmen, who could one day burden him heavily, with a hired professional killer. Kijima, a conspicuous figure with a hat and sunglasses, then liquidates two of the three people involved in the crime - Karasaki escapes. He accidentally escapes into the small car workshop of Atsushi Hirata, who occasionally works for Masaki as a civilian. There Masaki and Karasaki meet; the purified adversary names Kokubu as the person responsible for the intrigue. Before Masaki can take revenge on the accused, the ubiquitous professional killer, supported by his sister Tamami, kills Karasaki and a detective friend. At the end of the film, both the assassin and the greasy Kokubu are forcibly killed.

A month later, Masaki was named the second man of the Bukyo Syndicate in a solemn ceremony.
