The Whip is a band from Salford , Manchester formed in 2006. Her debut album, X Marks Destination, was released on March 24, 2008 under the Southern Fried Records label; As with all three singles before, the band chose a different label this time. They have also been hired by various bands to remix their songs, for example by the editors , Hadouken! and The Courteeners . Her songs found numerous uses in soundtracks.

Use of songs
Trash has been used for various British commercials, e.g. B. 2009 for Coors Light Beer. It was also the background music for the RudeTube series.
Trash appears in the MotorStorm: Pacific Rift soundtrack .
Blackout is used in the EA Sports NBA Live 2009 soundtrack . It also appears in the first season of the British series "Batteries Not Included".
Muzzle No. 1 is part of the soundtrack for the 2009 edition of the FIFA video game series
Fire is part of the EA Sports Need for Speed: Undercover soundtrack.
Divebomb is part of the Sims 2 Apartment-Life soundtrack.
