Theodor Wilhelm Lesse

Theodor Wilhelm Lesse (born December 5, 1827 in Danzig ; † July 7, 1904 in Berlin ) was a lawyer and member of the Reichstag .

Life

Theodor Wilhelm Lesse was born as the son of the Commerce and Admiralty Councilor Daniel Gottfried Lesse and Pauline Platzmann. He studied law at the Universities of Heidelberg and Berlin , from 1856 to 1869 he was a judge , then a lawyer . From 1866 to 1870 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives and from 1867 to 1871 a member of the Reichstag of the North German Confederation for the constituency administrative district Bromberg 2 (Wirsitz-Bromberg).

From 1871 to 1874 Lesse was a member of the German Reichstag for the National Liberal Party and the constituency of Gdansk District 3 (City of Danzig). In 1880 he was a member of the five-person executive committee of the Liberal Association , which also included the MPs Heinrich Rickert and Gustav Lipke and the non-parliamentarians Friedrich Kapp and Albert Gröning .
