Theodore Mascarenhas
Theodore Mascarenhas SFX (born November 9, 1960 in Camurlim , Goa , India ) is auxiliary bishop in Ranchi .
Life
Theodore Mascarenhas joined the Order of Missionaries of Notre Dame on the Pillar and made profession on June 14, 1979 . He received on 24 April 1988, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On July 9, 2014 it appointed Pope Francis to the titular bishop of Lysinia and ordered him auxiliary bishop in Ranchi. The Archbishop of Ranchi, Telesphore Placidus Cardinal Toppo , donated him and Telesphore Bilung SVD the episcopal ordination on August 30th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Bombay , Cardinal Oswald Gracias , and the Apostolic Nuncio in India, Archbishop Salvatore Pennacchio .
