Lyrics
This Is Me lyrics are all about self-confidence, independence, and perseverance. The song is a call to never give up and get up again, even when you're on the ground. This Is Me begins with Mandy Capristo , who sings the first lines of the song A Cappella . Then Bahar Kizil speaks the sentence “Don't Think I Can't Make it Alone”. (“Don't think I can't do it alone” ). This sentence runs like a red thread through the entire song and is repeated at the beginning of each stanza. This sentence can also be found in the chorus.
