Like a Lady ( German: "Wie eine Dame" ) is a dance-electro-pop song by the German girl group Monrose . The song was released as the first single on the Ladylike album.

Like a Lady is the first single from the album Ladylike and was released on May 28, 2010 in German-speaking countries. The song was written by Alexander Komlew, Ercola, Risto Asikainen and Zippy Davis and produced by the German production team Tuneverse.
The song premiered at The Dome 54 . On June 10, 2010, Like a Lady was presented at the finale of the fifth season of Germany's Next Topmodel . The video premiere for the single took place on May 11, 2010 on the band's Myspace page; the music channel VIVA first showed the clip on May 12, 2010.

“The video is supposed to show a bit how tough the road is in show business and that we are fighting our way out of this little embryo to the people, so to speak, and that it is not that easy to be up there all of a sudden. The music video was shot in Berlin at the beginning of May 2010 under the direction of Thomas Job. The choreography is by Marvin Smith. The video for the single was first released on May 12, 2010 on VIVA Live! after showing it on the band's MySpace page the day before.
The video is divided into three main scenes, each with different costumes. The first scene shows the band members Senna, Mandy and Bahar dancing in small, white tubes. They also wear black catsuits , high heels and shoulder pads with mirrors . In another video three dancers and the friend of the band dive drag queens Olivia O'Hara, Catherrine Leclery and Nani on Labelle. In the following scene, the girl group is dressed in white costumes with large, white shoulder pads on a red ramp and dance together with the dancers and white fluorescent tubes , which they use like lightsabers . The director Thomas Job explains the scene as follows: "After hatching, you have to go out into the fight against the world to get where you want to go." In the last part, the girls dance behind a curtain. In this scene the members wear black leather clothes with silver rivets.
