Tiffany Tyrała (born October 16, 1984 ) is a former Polish biathlete .

Tiffany Tyrała was active for the AZS AWF Katowice . She made her international debut in 2002 at the European Junior Championships in Kontiolahti , where she was 16th in the individual. Since 2003 she took part in the Junior European Cup. In 2004 she again took part in the European Junior Championships in Minsk and was 17th in the individual. In the summer she started at the Junior Summer Biathlon World Championships in Osrblie . After a 29th place in the sprint and 21st place in the pursuit, Tyrała won the silver medal in the relay race at the side of Paulina Bobak and Agnieszka Grzybek behind the Ukrainian representation. At her last Junior European Championships, the Pole started in Novosibirsk in 2005 , where she finished 16 in the sprint and 14 in the pursuit. At the Junior Summer Biathlon World Championships she was tenth in the mass start and sprint, 15 in the pursuit and again won the silver medal with Grzybek and Weronika Nowakowska behind the relay of Ukraine.

Since the 2005/06 season , Tyrała took part in competitions in the European Women's Biathlon Cup . In Altenberg she won her first European Cup point in 2006 when she was 30th. The first major event for women and at the same time the last major event of their career were the 2006 Biathlon World Championships in Langdorf . The Polish woman finished 60th in the individual, 49th in the sprint and 40th in the pursuit. In 2007 she reached in Nové Město na Moravě with tenth place in the pursuit race, the only top ten result in the European Cup. At the Polish Championships in 2006 and 2007 she won with the relay of the AZS AWF Katowice the title on the side of Bobak, Krystyna Pałka and Grzybek and Nowakowska, respectively.
