Krystyna Stanisława Guzik , née Pałka , (born August 16, 1983 in Zakopane ) is a Polish biathlete who competes for the KS AZS-AWF Katowice .

Career

Pałka started at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Cesana San Sicario and was fifth over 15 km and seventh with the relay. At the 2005 World Championships she finished 20th over 15 km. Two years later she was 17th in the mass start at the World Championships in Antholz. In the 2008/2009 season she reached two eighth places in the sprint and in the pursuit in Trondheim. Krystyna Pałka took part in the 2010 Winter Olympics. Her best result was 15th in the individual. With the relay, she finished 12th.

Private

Pałka has been married to Grzegorz Guzik since summer 2014 and started under the name Guzik from then on.
