Grzegorz Guzik (born August 20, 1991 in Sucha Beskidzka ) is a Polish biathlete .

Career

Grzegorz Guzik made his international debut as part of the 2010 Biathlon Junior World Championships in Torsby , where he was 71st of the individual, 67th of the sprint and 15th with the relay. In the further course of the season, the Pole started in Duszniki-Zdrój in the junior races of the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2010 and was lapped 45th of the sprint and in the pursuit race. The next international championship was the Biathlon Junior World Championships 2011 in Nové Město na Moravě . Guzik finished 81st in the individual and 67th in the sprint. At the junior races of the European Biathlon Championships in 2011 in Ridanna , he came in 55th place in the sprint and was again lapped in the pursuit race. In the individual he was disqualified.

Guzik made his debut in 2010 in Martell in the IBU Cup and was 125th of an individual. For the first time at an international championship he was used at the 2011 European Biathlon Championships on the side of Łukasz Witek , Grzegorz Bril and Grzegorz Jakubowicz in the relay race and finished in 15th place as the final runner. At the World Championships he made his debut in 2013 in the individual race, where he was 114th of the individual race.

Guzik has been married to Krystyna Pałka since summer 2014 .
