Timóteo Francisco Nemésio Pereira Cordeiro OFMCap (born March 20, 1928 in Canindé , Ceará , Brazil ; † March 20, 1990 ) was a Brazilian religious and Roman Catholic bishop of Tianguá .

Life

Timóteo Francisco Nemésio Pereira Cordeiro joined the religious order of the Capuchin in and received on 15 March 1953, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On March 13, 1971, Pope Paul VI appointed him . to the first bishop of Tianguá. The Bishop of Sobral , Walfrido Teixeira Vieira , donated him episcopal ordination on July 4th of the same year ; Co-consecrators were the auxiliary bishops in Fortaleza , Raimundo de Castro e Silva and Gérard de Milleville CSSp .
