Timon Schippmann (born September 6, 1995 in Stuttgart ) is a German volleyball player .

Career

Schippmann began his career at the age of 13 at TSV Georgii Allianz Stuttgart . In the 2013/14 season he played for the Volley YoungStars, the youth team of VfB Friedrichshafen . From there he switched to the young talent project VC Olympia Berlin . He also played in the German junior national team. In the playoffs of the 2014/15 Bundesliga season, the outside attacker was active at TV Rottenburg . Then he went to league competitor VSG Coburg / Grub . After the relegation of the insolvent Coburg, Schippmann moved to the second division club Oshino Volleys Eltmann , with whom he took first place in the league in the 2016/17 season. In December 2017 he returned to Rottenburg. In the 2017/18 Bundesliga season , the club did not get past the penultimate place in the table. In 2019 Schippmann moved to league competitor Helios Grizzlys Giesen .

Schippmann played some youth tournaments in beach volleyball with Steffen Haußmann, among others .
