Timothy Francis Clement-Jones, Baron Clement-Jones CBE , (* 26. October 1949 in Wales ) is a British politician of the Liberal Democrats and Life Peer .

Clement-Jones was born in October 1949 to Maurice Llewelyn Clement-Jones (1917–1988) and (Margaret) Jean, née Hudson († after 1988). He attended Haileybury and Imperial Service College and Trinity College, Cambridge , where he studied economics .
