Tina Fischer (born August 20, 1971 in Munich ) is a German politician ( SPD ). From 2009 to 2014 she was State Secretary and headed the Representation of the State of Brandenburg at the federal level . Since the state elections in autumn 2014 - like from 2004 to 2009 - she has been a member of the Brandenburg state parliament.

Life and work

Tina Fischer grew up in Lübeck , graduated from high school in 1991, studied law at the University of Regensburg from 1991 to 1996 and graduated in 1999 with the 2nd state examination. She completed her legal clerkship from 1996 to 1998 in Frankfurt / Oder . She then worked from 1999 to 2002 in the Berlin office of the Bundestag member Peter Danckert (SPD). From 2003 to 2004 she worked as an employed lawyer at the Deutsche Druck- und Verlagsgesellschaft . Tina Fischer is a mother of two and lives in Zeuthen .

Tina Fischer joined the SPD in 2001 and is a member of the Eichwalde SPD local association . From 2002 to 2010 she was a member of the Brandenburg SPD state executive for eight years. From 2002 to 2004 and since 2006 she has also been a member of the sub-district executive committee of the SPD Dahme-Spreewald and was deputy chairwoman for a long time. In April 2018 she was elected chairwoman of the SPD sub-district Dahme-Spreewald.

In the 2004 state elections , Tina Fischer was directly elected to the Brandenburg state parliament in the Dahme-Spreewald I constituency. From October 2007 to 2009 she was the economic policy spokeswoman for the SPD parliamentary group. Before that, from June 2005 to June 2007 she was the chairwoman of the special committee for the review of norms and standards in the state parliament. In 2009 she was able to defend her direct mandate for the state parliament, but resigned it when she was appointed state secretary on November 6, 2009 and took over the management of the state representation at the federal government in Berlin. In the 2013 federal election , Fischer ran for the direct mandate in the constituency of Dahme-Spreewald - Teltow-Fläming III - Oberspreewald-Lausitz I , but lost to Jana Schimke . Since her eighth place on the state list was not enough for her entry into the German Bundestag , she remained State Secretary until the end of the legislative period in autumn 2014.

In the state elections in Brandenburg in 2014 , Fischer ran again for the constituency of Dahme-Spreewald I and won it with 30.1% of the first votes. In the current legislative period, she is a member of the Committee on European Affairs, Development Policy and Consumer Protection and, since the beginning of 2017, a member of the Legal Committee. Until the end of 2016, she was also a member of the Committee on Home Affairs and Local Affairs. She is also a member of the electoral review committee and chairs the G10 commission. For the SPD parliamentary group from 2014 to 2019, Fischer was the consumer policy spokeswoman. In the state elections on September 1, 2019, Tina Fischer was directly elected to the state parliament for the fourth time. She won her constituency with 28.8% of the first vote. Tina Fischer has been chairwoman of the legal committee of the Brandenburg state parliament and legal policy spokeswoman for the SPD parliamentary group since December 2019.

Mandates and offices

In the 2008 local elections, Fischer became a member of the Dahme-Spreewald district council for the first time. In the municipal elections in Brandenburg in 2014 and May 2019, she was re-elected to the Dahme-Spreewald district council. In May 2019 she was also elected to the municipal council of her place of residence in Zeuthen.

Tina Fischer is a member of the regional board of the AWO regional association Brandenburg Süd and a board member of the AWO district association Dahme-Spreewald.
