Titular diocese of Palmyra dei Greco-Melkiti
Palmyra dei Greco-Melkiti ( Italian Palmira dei Greco-Melkiti ) is a titular archbishopric of the Catholic Church , which is awarded by the Pope to titular archbishops from the Melkite Greek Catholic Church united with Rome .
It goes back to a lost bishopric in the city of Palmyra in the Roman province of Syria Coele or in late antiquity Syria salutaris in central Syria .
