Titular Archdiocese of Martyropolis

Martyropolis ( Italian : Martiropoli ) is a titular archbishopric or until 1932 titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .

It goes back to an earlier diocese of the ancient city of the same name in the Roman province of Mesopotamia in Turkey .
