Tiziana Alagia

Tiziana Alagia (born March 8, 1973 in Lagonegro , Province of Potenza , Italy ) is an Italian marathon runner .

In 2000 she won the Cesano Boscone Marathon and the Florence Marathon . The following year she won Roma - Ostia and the Turin Marathon and came 21st at the World Athletics Championships in Edmonton .

In 2002 she won the Maratona del Salento and was the overall winner of the Maratona d'Italia Italian champion, the following year she was third in Florence. In 2004 he won the Piacenza marathon, the Stramilano and the Maratona di Sant'Antonio and a sixth place in the Berlin marathon .

In 2005 she was second in the Rome Marathon , in 2006 she won in Piacenza and was sixth in the Vienna City Marathon .

Tiziana Alagia is 1.71 meters tall and weighs 54 kg. She is trained by Luciano Gigliotti and starts for Co-Ver Sportiva Mapei.
