Distance and result

The race started in Tobago's largest city, Scarborough, and first took the drivers to the north coast of the island. Finally the way went to the south coast and there back to Scarborough, where another loop was made through the city. A total of six mountain ratings were on the program, one of which was a maximum of 20% steep. A top group of sixteen made the topographically demanding race among themselves, with the Austrian Riccardo Zoidl being the fastest after 112 kilometers in the sprint. Before that, Nick Daems had dominated the action for a long time as an outlier, but was overtaken on the last mountain 20 kilometers from the finish. Later, in addition to the mountain prize, he also secured second place in the race. Seven German-speaking drivers were among the top ten - three Austrians and four Germans.
