Tolazoline is a heterocyclic chemical compound that belongs to the group of imidazole or imidazoline derivatives. The fabric is a drug used, is there to the α 2 -adrenoceptor - antagonists or to the sympatholytic . At the same time the effect of is Xylazine and other α 2 - agonist canceled. Tolazoline is used intravenously in the treatment of circulatory disorders ( vasodilators , for example in the retina and in the Eisenmenger reaction ) and in veterinary medicine.
