Tomáš Kóňa (born March 1, 1984 in Nitra ) is a Slovak football player . He has been under contract with the Slovak first division club FC Nitra since 2017 .

Career

Until December 2005 Kóňa ran for FC Nitra . During the winter break of the 2005/2006 season, the defensive midfielder moved to the Czech capital club Sparta Prague .

In July 2008 Kóňa moved on loan to FC Tescoma Zlín . At the beginning of 2009, Kóňa moved to FC Petržalka 1898 . In the summer of 2009 he returned to FC Nitra.

In the summer of 2010, league competitor FK Senica signed him . With his new club he reached the runner-up in 2011 and 2013 . During this time he got five appointments in the Slovak national team . In summer 2015 he joined TJ Spartak Myjava before moving to ŠK Slovan Bratislava in early 2017 . There he won the Slovak Cup in 2017 . Since summer 2017 he has been playing for FC Nitra again .
