Tom2Rock are the brothers "Tomy" and Ratko Pavlovic. You are a show and TV dancer.
Life
Tomy was born on April 7, 1985 and Ratko (stage name: Rocky ) was born on November 16, 1987 in Krajewu , Yugoslavia . The family came to Germany in 1991. The brothers moved to Hildesheim in 2010 .
Career
With breakdance they began at a youth center in in 1997 Schöningen on. In Hildesheim, the two began to devote themselves to their dance careers. With their breakdance group Big Bang they were represented at Battles all over Germany. In 2009 they achieved the greatest success at the Battle of the Year , where they were nominated for the best show. The most important events of the following two years were the performances at the company parties of Google and Youtube .
In 2011 they opened their own dance school Tom2Rock Dance Studio in Hildesheim. The studio promotes young talent and also regularly takes part in championships. The Dance4Respect project was launched in 2011 to allow children and young people to participate in their own experiences and to work towards better interaction among the students. It was carried out with 50 projects in schools and is ongoing.
In the same year, the brothers started a Germany tour with O2 in Braunschweig , Hildesheim, Bremen , Osnabrück , Stuttgart , Munich and Düsseldorf . In 2012 Tom2Rock was part of the RTL television show Das Supertalent . Dieter Bohlen described the extraordinary LED show as a "perfect show". In 2013 they shot their first short film “Dance and Run” with Juba Films in cooperation with the Arneken Gallery. Also in 2013 the brothers were on a tour of Germany with Ross Antony . The following year Tom2Rock took part in the TV production Got to Dance by Pro7 / Sat.1 . Not only did they reach the semi-finals, their kids group Baby Bounce also successfully danced into the semi-finals of Got to Dance. In 2014 they shot their second short film "The Handover". In 2015 Tom2Rock started their Germany tour with Aneta Sablik .
In 2014 breakdancer Tom2Rock and salsa world champion Kim Wojtera met on the TV show Got to Dance. In 2016 work began on the new show "Breaking Salsa" with Kim Wojtera . Together they set up the new show program. They developed a new mix of breakdance and salsa dance styles. In 2018 the sold out premiere of the Breaking Salsa Show took place in the Theater am Aegi in Hanover. In 2019 the show program with international dancers and the live music of Grammy winner Nene Vasquez goes on tour in Germany for the first time.
