Tone Bell
Michael Anthony "Tone" Bell Jr. (born August 10, 1983 in Decatur, Georgia ) is an American actor .
Origin and life
Prior to his acting career, he taught in a primary school the first class before succumbing to the production of Home Box Office (HBO) Warm Springs u. a. was involved in various marketing work.
Bell accepted a position as Brand Manager with Swivel Media in San Francisco for a year before moving back to Atlanta . There he began marketing work for a beer company, which may have brought him back to Dallas , where he started doing Open Mics in various comedy clubs .
Career
Shortly after moving to Los Angeles, Bell won NBC's Stand Up For Diversity Talent Search in 2012 and received a project design contract from the television company. He was cast as "RJ" the bartender on NBC sitcom Whitney (TV series) and later as "Tedward" on NBC sitcom Bad Judge . Bell also appeared on other television shows; including VH1 's Single Ladies (TV series) , E! 's Love You, Mean It with Whitney Cummings , Comedy Central 's, Key and Peele, and Game Show Network's Mind of a Man, and hosted the first season of Jerks with Cameras on MTV .
Bell also operates a web series on the YouTube channel All Def Digital by Russell Simmons , entitled The Green Room .
After starring in the Netflix comedy Disjointed , Bell was hired to star in the CBS comedy pilot on the TV series Fam in March 2018 .
