Tony Burgess

Anthony "Tony" Burgess (born August 22, 1955 in Toronto ) is a former Canadian racing driver .

Racing career

Tony Burgess was active in sports car racing for many years from 1997 . He was a regular starter in the Grand-Am Sports Car and the American Le Mans Series . He finished the American Le Mans Series 2013 in third overall. Burgess has entered the Le Mans 24-hour race and the Sebring 12-hour race several times . In Le Mans, the best result was 12th in 2001 . He could never classify himself at Sebring.
