The Tourmente is a river in France , in the region de Center-Val Loire runs. It rises from a small pond in the Bois de la Grande Vente forest in the municipality of Heugnes , generally drains in a north-westerly direction and, after around 20 kilometers, flows into the Indrois as a right tributary in the municipality of Villeloin-Coulangé . On its way, the Tourmente crosses the Indre and Indre-et-Loire departments .
