action

Matringen, a sleepy town in the Swabian region. Here Uwe Krollhass - quarter drunkard, outsider, scrap hobbyist - is known like a sore thumb, even if not very popular: With his gruff manner, he gets on everyone's nerves. Nobody believes a word the talker said, not even when Uwe is convinced that she has observed the murder of Susi Berger, who wanted so much to be Miss South Germany. In any case, the beautiful Susi has disappeared after a party. And because Uwe was completely drunk at the alleged time of the crime, he himself comes under suspicion. Whether friend, father or above all the stubborn inspector Gabi Stolze - everyone wants to know from him where Susi is. Or at least her body.

Left alone with his suspicions, Uwe investigates on his own and penetrates deeper and deeper into the dark truths that are buried under the small town idyll of Matringen.
