Traudi Siferlinger (born October 9, 1966 in Prien am Chiemsee ) is a Bavarian presenter, designer of music programs on Bavarian television and a musician.

Life

As a child, Siferlinger sang together with her siblings Maria and Hermann in the three-song siblings Siferlinger , who performed at various folk music events. She later attended the Ignaz-Günther-Gymnasium in Rosenheim and completed an apprenticeship in hotel management in Bad Reichenhall before studying violin, music education and early music education at the Richard Strauss Conservatory in Munich and at the Carl Maria von Weber University of Music in Dresden .

Siferlinger has been moderating folk music programs at Bavarian Radio since 1995 , including the children's singing Huraxdax . On Bavarian television, she initially did research and moderation for the programs Musikanten ohne Stadl and Bei uns dahoam , before starting in 2005 with the pub musicians at Hirzinger . She is also the musical director of this show. She also works as an author in front of and behind the camera for the editorial offices between Spessart and Karwendel and Schwaben & Altbayern as well as for Wir in Bayern .

In addition to her work as a presenter, Siferlinger appears as a musician with her group Pitu Pati and gives violin lessons and yodelling courses.
