Turiwka ( Ukrainian Турівка ; Russian Туровка Turowka ) is a village in the east of the Ukrainian Oblast of Kiev with about 580 inhabitants (2001).
The village, which was first mentioned in writing in 1640, is the administrative center of the 44.695 km² district council in the east of Shuriwka district , to which there are also the villages Illinske ( Іллінське , ⊙ ) with about 50 inhabitants, Ursaliwka ( Урсалівка , ⊙ ) with about 40 inhabitants and the now deserted Polkownytsche ( Полковниче , ⊙ ) belong.
The village is located on the bank of the Perewid ( Перевід ), a 68 km long right tributary of the Udaj , 24 km east of the Shuriwka district center and 130 km east of the Kiev oblast center .
The historian, ethnographer, writer, composer and musicologist Mykola Markewytsch (1804-1860) lived and died on his estate in Turivka .

- Mussij Kononenko ( Мусій Степанович Кононенко , 1864–1922), Ukrainian poet and writer, active leader of the cooperative movement and the Taras Brotherhood .
- Mykola Michnowskyj (1873–1924), Ukrainian lawyer, journalist, politician and founder of radical Ukrainian nationalism.
