Twenty20 Cup 2015
The Twenty20 Cup 2015 (referred to as the NatWest t20 Blast for sponsorship reasons) was the thirteenth season of the English Twenty20 Championship. In the final Lancashire Lightning was able to prevail against the Northamptonshire Steelbacks with 13 runs.
format
The 18 first-class counties were divided into two groups with nine teams each according to regional criteria. In this group stage, each team in a group played twice against each other. Upon completion, the first four in a group qualified for the quarter-finals. The semi-finals will then be played on one day together with the final, marketed as Finals Day .
