Twenty20 Cup 2010
The 2010 Twenty20 Cup (referred to as Friends Provident t20 for sponsorship reasons) was the eighth season of the English Twenty20 Championship. The winners were the Hampshire Royals , who prevailed against Somerset in the final at the Rose Bowl .
In May 2010, England's national cricket team won the ICC World Twenty20 2010 . The interest in the Twenty20 format was correspondingly high.
