The Böhmerwaldplatz U-Bahn station is a station of the Munich U-Bahn and was opened on October 27, 1988.
The train station is in the Bogenhausen district under the Mittlerer Ring. The station was built in such a way that the Richard Strauss tunnel above it , which was built after the underground station, could be created without any changes to the station. It is named after the Bohemian Forest . The back track walls and the tunnel entrance are tiled in turquoise. The columns are clad with green sheet metal and become wider and wider towards the top. The ceiling is made of turquoise lacquered concrete on which the two light strips hang. Escalators and fixed stairs can be used to reach a barrier floor at the south end, from which stairs lead to the Mittlerer Ring near Böhmerwaldplatz. At the northern end there are also escalators and fixed stairs and an elevator to a mezzanine floor and further to the Parkstadt Bogenhausen .
