Ullrichs is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Kirchberg am Walde in the Gmünd district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 81 building areas with 31,473 m² and 40 gardens on 12,703 m² in the cadastral community of Ullrichs and also in 1989/1990 there were 81 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 254 and in 2009/2010 there were 132 buildings on 256 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 385 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 70 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 345 hectares and 81 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 342 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 81 hectares. The average soil climate number of Ullrichs is 27.8 (as of 2010).
