Ulrich Peck

Ulrich Peck (born January 20, 1948 in Stilow ) is a German entrepreneur, former GDR politician and as the former 1st secretary of the FDJ district leadership, 1st secretary of the SED district leadership for the Rostock district and last 1st secretary of the SED- District management Rostock a representative of the SED - nomenklatura .

After Ernst Timm's resignation , on November 12, 1989, Peck was appointed the last first secretary of the SED district leadership of the Rostock district. From December 3, 1989 he was a member of the working committee for the transformation of the SED into the SED-PDS.
