Ulrike Reiche (born January 26, 1965 in Hamburg ) is a German yoga teacher and writer.

education

Reiche attended elementary school in Reinbek from 1971 to 1974 . This was followed by secondary school in Reinbek, followed by an apprenticeship as a bank clerk at Deutsche Bank in Hamburg and further training as a banking specialist . She worked in the banking and human resources business until 2004. During her professional activity, she completed further qualifications as a trainer for moderation , presentation and systemic consulting . In addition, she completed several years of training as a teacher of Kundalini Yoga according to Yogi Bhajan .

Freelance work and publications

Since 2004 she has been working as a freelance yoga teacher, trainer and coach as well as the author of various specialist books, especially in the area of ​​Kundalini Yoga according to Yogi Bhajan and systemic advice in the fields of work and health.
