And when all the snow burns up (alternative title: two blue forget-me-nots ) is a German comedy film by Helmuth M. Backhaus from 1963.

action

Mr. Wilson, the boss of a London private detective agency , also sends his employees Charly and Ingrid on vacation during his stay at the health resort in Koper , as Charly's case solutions single-handedly endanger the detective agency's reputation. So both of them receive a ticket for an Adriatic cruise via Italy to Yugoslavia . Also on board are the drug smuggler Nelken-Frank Rocco, his assistant Carlo and Rocco's unsuspecting friend Sherry. The blonde Heidi, in turn, is followed up on board by the students Rolf and Ronnie.

Charly soon realizes that things are not going well on board, as Ingrid mistook Rocco's bag of cocaine for sugar before going on board and fell over in the cabin while being intoxicated on board. Charlie is now doing everything in his power to provide the drug smuggler on board. Rocco, in turn, sells the cocaine when he goes ashore in Italy and mixes the proceeds with counterfeit money, also printed in Italy, which he takes with him on board to Yugoslavia.

Rolf and Ronnie lost their travel budget in pursuit of Heidi and now have to work out their crossing costs on board. Rolf, who has a rich father but pretends to be poor, falls in love with Heidi, who is ensnared by Rocco. He reacts jealously, but Heidi finds him too romantic. Ronnie, on the other hand, meets Cherry in his cabin, who is supposed to look for a misplaced wallet on Rocco's behalf, and suspects her to be a stowaway. He hides them and secretly provides them with food. Although she initially wants to flee back to Rocco, Cherry soon voluntarily takes refuge in Ronnie because she learns of the machinations of Rocco, in which she was drawn into without her knowledge.

The ship docks in Yugoslavia. Rolf, who is still jealously watching Rocco, sees that he is carrying a pistol and photographs him in his cabin bent over the counterfeit case. Rocco knocks Rolf down and hides him on board. In the meantime, Charly manages to hand over the counterfeit money from the huge suitcase to Ingrid and to smuggle himself ashore in the suitcase. When Rocco and his colleagues open the suitcase, Charly escapes again on board and is followed by Rocco. Shots are fired and Heidi, who hears the shots on land, alerts the police. Ingrid, in turn, informed Mr. Wilson. In the end, Rocco and Carlo are overwhelmed by the police and Ingrid hands over the counterfeit money to the police. Mr. Wilson makes Charly a partner and Ingrid hugs the astonished Charly in love. Ronnie and Sherry free Rolf, who is no longer considered romantic and boring by Heidi. She follows him ashore and they both end up kissing on the pier .
