Undertow is an album by the rock band Tool , released on April 6, 1993 and re-released on June 30, 2003. “Undertow” reached number 50 in the US album charts and went platinum several times.

Like Ænima , “Undertow” is available in several versions, with the new edition being characterized by a transparent CD attachment in the case and a different artwork. The track numbering also varies greatly, so that “Disgustipated” was pressed onto the CD as track 10 in some editions, but also as track 30, 39 or 69 in others. In the latter case, however, tracks 10 to 68 are one-second and completely "silent" tracks, and in other versions they also offer no additional songs.

The song "Bottom" includes a guest appearance by Henry Rollins .
