União das Freguesias de Moimenta e Montouto , UF Moimenta e Montouto for short, is a municipality ( Freguesia ) in the Portuguese district of Vinhais , in the Trás-os-Montes region .

The municipality has 278 inhabitants and an area of ​​43.35 km² (as of June 30, 2011).

It was created in the course of the administrative reorganization in Portugal 2013 on September 29, 2013 through the merger of the municipalities Moimenta and Montouto . Moimenta became the seat of the new community.
