União das Freguesias de Vilar de Lomba e São Jomil , short UF Vilar de Lomba e São Jomil is a municipality ( Freguesia ) in the Portuguese district of Vinhais , in the Trás-os-Montes region .

It was created in the course of the administrative reorganization in Portugal in 2013 on September 29, 2013 through the merger of the municipalities of Vilar de Lomba and São Jomil . The seat of the new municipality was Vilar de Lomba.
