The União das Freguesias de Sezelhe e Covelães is a Portuguese municipality ( Freguesia ) in the district ( Concelho ) Montalegre in northern Portugal .

history

The municipality was created in the course of the regional reform of September 29, 2013 by merging the former municipalities of Sezelhe and Covelães .

Sezelhe became the seat of the new administration.
