Unicode block vertical shapes

The Unicode block Vertical Forms (U + FE10 to U + FE1F) contains, as an extension of the Unicode block CJK Compatibility Forms, additional punctuation marks that are used in vertically written Chinese text for compatibility with GB18030 .
