Universe , subtitled The 12th Album , is the twelfth and final studio album by the German Europop duo Modern Talking . It was released on March 31, 2003 by Hansa Records and BMG Music Publishing . It reached number two in the charts and gold status in Germany .

Emergence

at Universe again Dieter Bohlen was the producer. He also wrote all twelve songs on the album. Kai Nickold (titles: 3, 6, 11, 12), Lalo Titenkov (titles: 4, 5, 7, 8 9) and Thorsten Brötzmann (titles: 1, 2, 10) were co-producers. The album was mixed by Jeo alias Joachim Mezei.

layout

The cover photo shows a visualization of the ISS , which was still under construction at the time , from which apparently bluish flames are blowing. As with the previous album , the RTL logo can be seen on the cover.

reception

The album reached number two in Germany, number ten in Austria and number 25 in Switzerland .
