Unserfrau is a place and a cadastral municipality of the community of Unserfrau-Altweitra in the Gmünd district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 50 building areas with 22,387 m² and 46 gardens on 20,832 m² in the cadastral community of Unserfrau and also in 1989/1990 there were 50 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 273 and in 2009/2010 there were 127 buildings on 273 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 196 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 89 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 167 hectares and 108 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 163 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 108 hectares. The average soil climate of Unserfrau is 20.9 (as of 2010).
