Uttlau is a district and was a municipality in Lower Bavaria in the former district of Griesbach im Rottal . With the regional reform in Bavaria , the former municipality of Uttlau lost its independence and on February 1, 1970, all 21 districts were incorporated into the municipality of Haarbach . On October 1, 1964, the parish area was 1,772.64 hectares .
