The Vère is a river in France that runs in the Occitania region . It rises in the municipality of Taïx , first drains in a south-westerly direction, then turns from northwest to north and finally flows after 53 kilometers at Bruniquel as a left tributary into the Aveyron . On its way, the Vère crosses the Tarn and Tarn-et-Garonne departments .
