Víctor René Rodríguez Gómez
Víctor René Rodríguez Gómez (born November 17, 1950 in San Martín de las Pirámides , State of México , Mexico ) is a Roman Catholic clergyman and bishop of Valle de Chalco .
Life
Víctor René Rodríguez Gómez received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Texcoco on November 21, 1976 from the Archbishop of Durango , Antonio López Aviña .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on May 13, 2006 titular bishop of Tiburnia and auxiliary bishop in Texcoco . The Bishop of Texcoco, Carlos Aguiar Retes , ordained him episcopal on July 25th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Tlalnepantla , Ricardo Guízar Díaz , and the Archbishop of Mexico City , Cardinal Norberto Rivera Carrera . Víctor René Rodríguez Gómez was also vicar general of the Texcoco diocese.
On October 25, 2012, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him. to the Bishop of Valle de Chalco.
