Věra Barandovská-Frank (2008)

Věra Barandovská-Frank (born August 17, 1952 in Opava ) is a German- Czech interlinguist , language teacher and Esperantist .

Life

Barandovská-Frank studied Latin, French and Italian at the Purkyně University in Brno . After your diploma in 1975, she was with work on the history of classical philology and classical philology PhD . She completed her habilitation in interlinguistics at the International Academy of Sciences in San Marino (AIS; Esperanto : Akademio Internacia de la Sciencoj ), where she is a professor.

Barandovská-Frank was a lecturer at the Technical University of Ostrava , at the University of Paderborn , honorary professor at the Lucian Blaga University in Sibiu , external professor at the philosopher Konstantin University in Nitra and at the linguistic institute of Ilona Koutny at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (UAM). At the Institute for Cybernetics in Paderborn, Barandovská-Frank published the journal Basic Studies in Cybernetics and Spiritual Science as well as volumes 6, 7 and 10 of the source collection Cybernetics Pedagogy .

Her husband Helmar Frank (1933–2013) was a university professor of mathematics and cybernetics .
