The 2010/11 VTB United League season was the basketball league's second season. Twelve teams from eight countries took part in the 2010/11 VTB United League season. The season began on October 6, 2010 and ended with the final on April 23, 2011 in Kazan in the home arena of the UNICS club .

Group Stage - Regular Season

In this first phase, the twelve teams divided into two groups competed against each other in home and away games. Each team played ten games. The two best from each group qualified for the final four.
