Vasko Ševaljević (born June 21, 1988 in Cetinje , SR Montenegro , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Montenegrin handball player .

Career

Vasko Ševaljević played for his hometown club RK Lovćen Cetinje until 2010 , with whom he took part in the EHF Cup and the European Cup Winners' Cup and in 2007 became the Montenegrin champion. He then ran in the Spanish ASOBAL league for Amaya Sport San Antonio . In 2012, the 1.93 meter tall back player moved to the Belarusian club HC Dinamo Minsk , with whom he won the championship in 2013. He has been under contract with the German Bundesliga club TSV Hannover-Burgdorf since the 2013/14 season . In the EHF Europa Pokal 2013/14 he reached the group stage with the "Recken" . For the 2015/16 season he moved to the French club Fenix ​​Toulouse Handball .

Ševaljević is part of the squad of the Montenegrin national team , with which he participated in the 2013 World Cup in Spain . At the 2014 European Championship in Denmark, he was the best thrower of his team with 16 goals in three games.
