Venarsal is a village and a commune déléguée in the French commune of Malemort with 509 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Corrèze department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region .

With effect from January 1, 2016, the former municipalities of Malemort-sur-Corrèze and Venarsal were merged and have since formed the Commune nouvelle Malemort. The municipality of Venarsal belonged to the arrondissement of Brive-la-Gaillarde and the canton of Malemort-sur-Corrèze .

Venarsal is located in the metropolitan area about eight kilometers northeast of Brive-la-Gaillarde and about 76 kilometers south-southeast of Limoges .
