The Verbandsgemeinde Heßheim was an administrative unit in the legal form of a regional body in the Rhein-Pfalz-Kreis in Rhineland-Palatinate . The Verbandsgemeinde belonged to five independent local communities , the administrative seat was in the eponymous local community Heßheim . The Verbandsgemeinde was established in 1972 and was dissolved on July 1, 2014, the communities were assigned to the new Verbandsgemeinde Lambsheim-Heßheim .
