Veronika Kettenbach (born January 10, 1992 in Munich ) is a German volleyball player.

Career

Veronika Kettenbach was a player in the second women's volleyball team at SV Lohhof , which was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga as a regional league champion in the 2008/2009 season. The 1.73 m tall setter had her first appearance in the 2nd Bundesliga in the initial formation of SV Lohhof II in the first league game of the 2009/2010 season in the 1: 3 defeat at VV Grimma . The SVL's own generation made its first appearance in the top division against the German champions Schweriner SC in the same year , when the two regular players for women 1 Malgorzata Göschl and Lucia Kaiser were injured. After Göschl left the SVL after relegation to the second division , Veronika Kettenbach was appointed to the squad of the first team of the Unterschleißheimerinnen for the following season .

2010/11 season

Born in Munich, she was part of the SV Lohhof starting line-up in eleven matches. In the home games against Bad Soden (3: 0), Dresden (3: 0) and Biberach (3: 2) as well as in Bad Soden (3: 0), the player was on the field from the beginning to the end of the games. The high school student was substituted on nine times. It was not used in four games. In the decisive encounter for the first place in the table on the last day of the season, Kettenbach was substituted on after losing the first set with a score of 5: 7 in the second section. The Unterschleißheimerinnen won the following three sets and with this success became second division champions in front of the DJK Augsburg-Hochzoll . Veronika Kettenbach won the German championship in Münster with the SVL A-youth after the team had defeated the host's team in the final .

Since 2011

After three more years in the second Bundesliga South at SV Lohhof, in 2014 Kettenbach moved to the first Bundesliga at VT Aurubis Hamburg .
